Venezia-Giulia Dreams 2013
A rich and creamy white, balanced by vibrant, finely knit acidity, with toasted brioche, honey and lime blossom notes, layered with glazed nectarine and kumquat accents. Long and minerally on the finish, with lingering touches of smoke and spice. Chardonnay. Drink now through 2026.
In 1881 Anton Jermann, the founder, moved from Slovenia to Friuli V.G. Here he continued his winemaking activities, which Silvio Jermann, thanks to his brilliance and imagination, has been giving an epoch-making turn to since the 1970s. Today the estate covers 210 hectares, 180 of which are planted with vines, and it dialogues with the world every day while maintaining its focus on the concrete things that make a wine great.
