Castellare is a company in the heart of the Chianti Classico. A census of the grapevines has allowed to select the best kind of Sangioveto, the noble native version of the Sangiovese, and Malvasia Nera, a variety that gives a particular character to I Sodi di San Niccolò. A different bird chosen among rares species is reproduced each year on the labels of Castellare as care towards the environment.
