A graceful red, with a lovely vibrancy to the finely-knit notes of chopped black cherry, dried fig, star anise and tea rose. A hint of stony mineral and supple tannins define the lingering finish. Drink now through 2026. 1,100 cases made, 300 cases imported.
the Tornatore family, present in the Castione di Sicilia area since 1865, boasts vineyards in the most prestigious Contrade of the Etna Doc production area. The winery and the vineyards are located only on the northern side of Etna, where it cultivates native varieties in respect of the territory and of the family traditions.
