An elegant Prosecco, with a fine, satin-like mousse, and a delicate thread of curry spice winding through flavors of baked pineapple fruit, pickled ginger, passion fruit coulis and stone. The fresh acidity creates a lightly mouthwatering impression through to the lingering finish, where a spice thread echoes. Drink now. 2,900 cases made, 400 cases imported.
