An elegant sparkler, marrying the firm spine of acidity with a refined mousse and flavors of chopped hazelnut, ripe pear, pastry cream and grated ginger. Well-knit and creamy, with a lingering, zesty finish. Lovely. Disgorged February 2019. Drink now through 2029. 83 cases made, 10 cases imported.
Maso Martis was founded by Antonio and Roberta Stelzer in 1990. Ever since the beginning they dedicated to the art of producing classic method sparkling wines Trentodoc that today is the main production with 90.000 bottles a year. We are certificated as an organic farm since 2013 both in the vineyards and in the cellar. Today Alessandra and Maddalena, the daughters joined this amazing project.
