In the footsteps of the founder Elvio Cogno, today Nadia Cogno and Valter Fissore run Elvio Cogno winery, which is located just below the village of Novello, one of the eleven townships in Barolo area. Following traditional winemaking methods, they produce wines that are able to withstand time while maintaining unaltered their aromas and freshness.
