A distinctive red, full of savory aromas of wild thyme, juniper, eucalyptus and green olive. Flavors of cherry and strawberry enter on the palate and overall this is refined and lacy. Harmonious and long, finishing with flashes of blood orange, spice and malt. Drink now through 2042. 660 cases made.
The story of our firm is intertwined with the figure of its founder, Giovan Battista Burlotto, who is recognized as one of the authentic proponents and founding fathers of Barolo wine. Still on the hands of the Burlotto family, today at the fifth generation, the cellar cultivate 17 hectarsof vineyards in the villages of Verduno, Roddi, Barolo and Monforte.
