Round and full of plum, cherry, pomegranate, green tea and eucalyptus flavors, this red is also dense and muscular. Gripping tannins reign on the finish. Overall, this is balanced and very long. Drink now through 2043.
The Vietti winery was founded in the late 1800’s by Carlo Vietti. Over 4 generations of the Vietti-Currado family the winery has gradually grown and today the estate vineyards include some of the most highly prized terroirs within Piemonte’s finest winegrowing areas. In 2016 the winery was acquired by the Krause Family and is looking to a future with even more promising and stimulating prospects.
