An impressive red, this features a beam of pure cherry and rose, with strawberry, currant, iron and tobacco notes in supporting roles. Firm and dry, with ripeness midpalate, this lingers on the fruit, mineral and underbrush aftertaste. Combines finesse and intensity. Drink now through 2045.

Cavallotto estate is situated at the gates of Castiglione Falletto village and stretches on 25 hectares. In 1928 Cavallotto were among the very first winemakers in the Barolo area to produce and trade wines exclusively coming from their own grapes. Since 1974 the family has had a continuous regard to oenological, agronomic and natural techniques, carrying on the traditional way to age their wines.
