An aromatic spine of cedar and sage joins plumped cherry, loamy earth and roasted plum flavors in this zesty, medium- to full-bodied red. Fresh acidity and a tang of iron-laced minerality are a fine foil to the overall richness, leading to a clean-cut, chewy finish. Drink now through 2032. 5,000 cases made, 300 cases imported.
